Step 3 ― Indicate When You Need Us

First day a visit is needed

'Middle days' are the dates between the first date & the last date.
'Middle days' do not include the first date or the last date.
On the 'First Date' we often visit just once, e.g. a PM visit.
On the 'Middle Day(s)' we often visit twice per day, especially for pet care.
On the 'Last Date, we often visit just once, e.g. an AM visit.
Example
FIRST DATE: Jan 1 (1 morning visit).
MIDDLE DAY(S): Jan 2-13 (2 visits per day, @ AM & PM).
LAST DATE: Jan 14 (1 evening visit).

Step 5 ― A Few Last Things
We need keys to you home so we can go in your home when you're away.
We can get keys from you each time, but most clients choose the next option.
A best practice is to give us 2 keys (or 2 sets) just once; and we keep them for whenever you need us. We call this Ready Key. It's the popular, economical & practical option.
Notes are written by your sitter at the end of each visit & give an account of the visit. The default is to leave paper notes at your home.
You can upgrade (for a fee) to receive notes by text to your cell or by email.
